Please plan to attend the 3rd Annual Outdoor Worship & Picnic held jointly between Monaca and Aliquippa First UMCs, and invite your family and friends!
We will gather at 11am on Sunday, August 20th, at John A. Antoline Memorial Park, Legion Shelter, for a brief time of worship followed by a cookout with great food and fellowship.
The park is located at 2500 Marshall Road in Monaca and offers restrooms, electrical outlets, and picnic table seating. Feel free to bring your own outdoor seating, and don’t forget the sunscreen!
Place settings, drinks, burgers, dogs, and all the fixin’s will be provided. If able, please bring a side to share for the picnic. (No glass bottles are permitted in the park.)
After lunch, it will be time for chatting with friends and playing games such as cards, bocce ball, and corn hole.
Please sign up by Sunday, August 13th with your name and the number of people you are bringing (including yourself). You can sign up at either church or by emailing us at info@monacachurch.org.
