Bible Drive

Each year, Bibles Behind Bars works to provide bibles to inmates in US prisons across all 50 states. Last year, this ministry collected more than 16,000 new and gently used bibles from churches in Beaver County!

Monaca UMC is participating in this year’s bible drive November 3rd—December 15th. If you have any extra bibles at home or are led to purchase a new bible for donation, please place them in the designated box in the church lobby during the drive.

Monetary donations are not accepted for this ministry. The volunteers at Bibles Behind Bars cover all postage, wrapping, packaging, boxes, and shipping costs as part of their personal contributions to this ministry.
