Christian Pickler Provides Coaching Clinic

Monaca UMC’s Pickleball Club members were in for a special treat on Thursday, July 20^th, when they were joined by local pickleball coach and fellow Christian, Andrew Gedman.

After offering a prayer, Coach Andrew walked the group through a variety of practice drills, focusing on serving, timing hits, and dinking.

For the remainder of the group’s court time, those new skills were put to the test with fun and competitive play!

The club is currently open to individuals from Monaca and Aliquippa First United Methodist Churches; however, we are gauging the community’s interest in expanding.
