Food Pantry

Monaca UMC maintains a food pantry to supply residents of Monaca and Center Township with groceries on the 2^nd Tuesday* of each month. The food pantry is generously supported through financial contributions and food drives held by local organizations, as well as individual donations of needed items each month.

The next distribution is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10th from 11:00am to Noon.

Your donations of canned soups, canned meats, cereals, dry pasta, evaporated milk, and canned fruits and vegetables are always appreciated. Our guests also appreciate fresh produce and meats, as well as paper towels, toilet tissue, and facial tissue.

If donating fresh foods, please make an appointment by calling (724) 774-7068. Otherwise, donations can be dropped off before or after 11am worship on Sundays or during regular office hours (Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00am – 4:00pm). Also feel free to make an appointment to drop off donations when it’s more convenient for you.

Monetary donations for the food pantry are also welcome and appreciated. Please make your gift payable to Monaca UMC, 813 Indiana Avenue, Monaca, PA 15061, and be sure to indicate “food pantry” with your donation. Or follow the link below or see our giving page to donate online.
