Friendships Bloomed at May Tea

The Ladies Tea held on Saturday, May 4th was a big hit, with a yummy lunch, an inspiring speaker, delectable desserts, and, of course, terrific tea! This year’s theme was “Garden Party,” accented with large handmade flower blooms decorating the Carey Community Center.

Special thanks to Patty Bogdewic for her presentation on the importance of self-care, and to Tina Allen and Vera Lovewell for the tremendous amount of time, effort, and creativity they put into making this such a lovely afternoon for all who attended!

We are planning to make this an annual event, with next year’s date tentatively set for Saturday, April 26, 2025.
