Our “Busy Hands” Are Ready to Serve!
Betsy Cole and the knitters and crocheters of Monaca UMC’s prayer shawl ministry—otherwise known as “Busy Hands”—have prayer shawls ready to go to the congregation and community!
Prayer shawls are for times of sadness, celebration, and simply reminding recipients that thoughts and prayers are with them. For ideas on who in your life may appreciate a prayer shawl, visit the Busy Hands page on our website.
If you knit or crochet (or are ready to learn!) and would like to use this skill for a great cause, consider joining Busy Hands! This group meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at Monaca UMC.
