Quiet Christmas Service Offers Peace

If you could use a break from worry and stress during the holiday season, Monaca UMC’s annual “Quiet Christmas” service is for you!
Feelings related to grief and loss, addiction, financial worries, and other stressors can be heightened and even overwhelming during the holidays.
That’s why Monaca UMC created this special Christmas service, which skips all the holiday hubbub and focuses on the peace found in Christ Jesus.
Join us on Monday, December 16th at 7pm!
A candle-lighting ceremony is offered as part of the service. Anyone in attendance is welcome to come forward at the designated time and light a candle to represent thinking of a loved one, letting go of a stressful situation, or affirming one’s faith.
Refreshments will be provided at the conclusion of the service.
