Saturday, June 24th

Monaca UMC will have a booth at this year’s Beaver County BOOM! at the Monaca Riverfront from 5pm until the fireworks begin (at approximately 9:45pm). We plan to sell sausage sandwiches, with all proceeds benefitting church ministries. Be sure to stop by and say Hello!

Saturday, July 1st

Monaca UMC is supporting the Give God Glory event being held at Hopewell Community Park. This is a festival-like day of prayer over our nation, including our various governments and institutions. Prayers will be interspersed with praise music, and a prayer tent will be available for personal prayers. See this flyer for details and contact information.

Sunday, July 30th

Plan to stay after worship on Sunday, July 30th for a donut fellowship! We will also offer health and wellness screenings during this time, including blood pressure readings and medication reviews. See our health and wellness page for more information these screenings.

Sunday, August 20th

Our 3rd Annual Outdoor Worship & Picnic with Aliquippa First UMC is scheduled for Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Antoline Park in Monaca. The festivities will kick-off at 11am with worship, followed by a potluck picnic, games, and fellowship time. Look for sign-up sheets at both churches soon!

Thursday, September 14th

Monaca UMC is bringing back our annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser! Look for details in the coming weeks.

Introducing Fall Fest! During our three-year hiatus from holding Applefest, Monaca UMC took the opportunity to reimagine this large-scale community event. You can expect much of the same from prior years—lunch counter, crafters, and soup sales, as examples—but with more fun than ever before!
