Slowing Down for the Summer
Some of the ministries at Monaca and Aliquippa First UMCs will take a break this summer. Below is a summary of what is continuing through the summer versus what will resume in the fall:
Breaking Until Fall

6/8 book is The Downstairs Girl by Stacey Lee
7pm at Aliquippa First - The Eves Women’s Group
To resume meetings at 6:30pm on 8/5 - Projects Half-Done (PhDs) knitting & crochet group at Aliquippa First
Continuing Through Summer
- Kids Sunday School
- Busy Hands
Meets the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of each month - Monthly Food Pantry Distributions
- Monthly Meals for the Men’s Shelter
The 6/19 meal is covered, but meals and desserts are needed for 7/17 and beyond! Please sign up at the church or call Allen Johnson with questions: (724) 774-7838.
