Summer Fun for Kids at Monaca UMC
Fun-day School Starts June 15th
The last day for the regular Sunday School curriculum is Sunday, June 8th. This will close out a great school year for the kids!
Then, on Sunday, June 15th, we will shift gears for our summer Sunday School program—Fun-day School—where the kids will learn through games and play.
Coffee Mugs & Kids Club
Be sure to bring the kiddos to our monthly Coffee Mugs & Kids Club, where we have coffee and conversation for the grown-ups and stories and crafts for the kids!
At the April 12th event, the kids had a blast learning about Easter! After stories, they were led in crafts to celebrate our Risen Savior.
The next gathering for Coffee Mugs & Kids Club is planned for Saturday, May 10th at 10am, where the kids will learn about David and Goliath.
Join us the 2nd Saturday of each month!
VBS to Welcome Kids in June
Registration is now open for Monaca UMC’s VBS! This year’s theme is Magnified!
VBS will take place June 23—June 27, 9am-Noon each day, with a wrap-up party for the participants and their families from Noon to 1pm on Friday, June 27.
Our anchoring Scripture verse this year is Psalm 34:3:
Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.
Each day of VBS, kids will look closely at the details of God’s amazing world and magnify (proclaim) the greatness of God through music, lessons, games, and crafts. Fun and free for children, youth, and teens entering K-12 grade levels!
Together, let’s magnify the Creator of all things big and small!
