The Brightest Week of the Year Comes to Monaca UMC

After months of planning, Vacation Bible School is finally here! This year’s program will be our biggest yet, with more than 30 kids registered before the end of May!

This year’s VBS features:

• Daily breakfast
• Worship/Music
• Lessons
• Games
• Skits
• Crafts

VBS is scheduled for Monday, June 15 through Friday, June 19, from 9am to Noon each day.

A wrap-up party will be held immediately following VBS on Friday, June 19 for the participants, as well as for parents, relatives, and friends. Anyone from the congregation is welcome to attend and get a glimpse of what God was up to at Monaca UMC all week!

Thank you to the many volunteers who have taken time out of their busy schedules to make this year’s program a success!

We are especially grateful for Jennifer Hamner, who has served as our VBS director for three years in a row, on top of organizing Monaca UMC’s weekly Sunday School ministry for the kids. Thank you, Jen, for bringing Jesus’ light to the children and teens of the community!
