The Journey Has Begun
We’re on our way! Monaca Church is offering the Walk to Jerusalem during Lent this year to anyone interested in getting exercise for the mind, body, and spirit.
The Walk to Jerusalem is an imaginary walking tour from our church’s location on Indiana Avenue in Monaca to Jerusalem, where Jesus died on the cross for our salvation. Our progress depends on “walkers” earning miles in a variety of ways. Our goal is to log enough miles to reach Jerusalem in time to celebrate Christ’s triumph over death on Easter Sunday, April 4th!
